FUK DA FAME
” I chose the title, because fame drive so many people crazy “
Another thing I wanted to bring back with Fuk Da Fame is that classic feel. That’s why I made the album 14 tracks long—it’s a throwback to the old days when albums had substance. When you would sit and listen to the whole project, not just pick a few singles. Each track is a piece of the story, and I wanted to give y’all a full experience.
It’s not just about dropping a few hits and calling it a day—it’s about creating something that resonates, something you can listen to from start to finish and feel something in every single song.
And one more thing that made this drop even more special—Fuk Da Fame was released at 5:04 PM, because that’s the area code in New Orleans. It’s a statement to my roots, to where I come from, and where everything started for me. That time means a lot to me—it’s more than just a number, it’s my connection to the city that raised me.
Fuk Da Fame is all about staying true to myself and giving the people a raw, unfiltered look into my life and my perspective. It’s a reflection of who I am, what I stand for, and where I’m headed.
My project Fuk Da Fame is more than just an album—it’s a statement. I chose the title because fame drives so many people crazy, and I’ve seen it firsthand.
It’s a trap that can make you lose yourself if you’re not careful. People get caught up in the glitz, the glamour, and all the fake stuff that comes with it, but I’m here to remind y’all that it’s all just a distraction from the real grind. Fame doesn’t define me, and it shouldn’t define anyone else either. That’s why I flipped the script on it with this project.
I also chose to go with the red pill and the blue pill for the artwork, inspired by The Matrix, because it’s all about a choice. The red pill is waking up to the truth, facing reality head-on, no matter how harsh it is.
The blue pill is staying in the comfortable lie, staying behind, and letting the world feed you the bullshit. The choice is yours—do you want to see the world for what it really is, or do you want to keep living in the illusion? I took the red pill, and this album is me sharing my journey, my truth, and everything that’s real.
